General terms and conditions for guest registration and participation in the 40th anniversary event of Réseau Entreprendre®
Preamble
You are using the registration service for the 40th anniversary of RÉSEAU ENTREPRENDRE® event, set up by our service provider, Eventmaker.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to any registration request made online by a user (hereinafter the "Client") from the website www.reseauentreprendre-40ans.org (hereinafter the "Site"), and are intended to define the conditions for registration requests to participate in the 40 years of RÉSEAU ENTREPRENDRE® event, in whole or in part (hereinafter the "Event"), organised by RÉSEAU ENTREPRENDRE® NORD (hereinafter the "Association").
These terms and conditions may be modified at any time by the Association. Any modification to these terms and conditions, as well as to the documents referenced herein, will be communicated to the Client upon their first use of the Site after such modification.
Application procedures
Prior to any registration request, the Client expressly acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions, and accepts them without reservation, by ticking the box "I have read and I accept the general terms and conditions of registration and participation" before clicking on "Register".
Event registration tickets
It is expressly stated that the registrations sold on the Site (hereinafter the "Tickets") are reserved for guests of the associations of the RÉSEAU ENTREPRENDRE®: collaborators, winners, members and partners.
Price
Ticket prices are expressed in euros excluding taxes and will be subject to value added tax at the applicable rate, in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
Payment
Tickets are payable upon ordering.
All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in euros.
Tickets must be paid for online using a bank card. Accepted cards for payment are those from the Carte Bleue/Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard networks.
The bank card will be debited with the total amount of the order upon final validation of the order.
It is specified that the debiting of the bank card is independent of the actual printing of the badges or the withdrawal of other items.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the Association constitutes proof of all transactions between the Association and its Clients.
The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Secure payments and personal data
Payment security
The Sites are protected by a security system. The Association has adopted the SSL encryption process from the company STRIPE, which encrypts and secures confidential information.
Personal data
The Association, as data controller, processes the Client's personal data for the purpose of managing their order and their relationship with the Association, in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Registration. This information and the Client's personal data are also processed for security purposes, to comply with the Association's legal and regulatory obligations, and to allow the Association to improve and personalize its services. Depending on the Client's choices when applying for participation, they may also receive marketing offers and news related to the Association's activities and services through various channels. Where applicable, the Client's data may be processed, based on consent that they may withdraw at any time, to send them information about the RÉSEAU ENTREPRENDRE® 40th anniversary event through various channels.
Only the Organizer's internal teams and authorized service providers involved in the organization and management of the Event have access to the Client's personal data. Where applicable, this data may also be shared with third parties according to the Client's expressed choice (partners and/or entities of RÉSEAU ENTREPRENDRE® NORD). Personal data that must be provided is indicated as such on the forms and is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract between the Client and the Association. Without this data, the Association will not be able to process the Client's requests.
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data, and where applicable, the right to object to the processing of their data, the right to erasure and restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability. The Client also has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Freedoms (CNIL).
Confirmation of registration request
Please note that the Association will systematically confirm each Client's registration request by email.
In the absence of confirmation by email and after checking his junk mail inbox, the Client can alert the Association by email at contact@reseau-entreprendre-40ans.org.
Badge distribution
Upon completion and payment of the online order, or once payment has been received by check or bank transfer, the Association will send the Client an email with access to their badge(s) in PDF format. One PDF will be generated per badge. The badges will be printed by the Association and distributed at the Event's reception upon request by the Client present.
Each badge is STRICTLY personal (identity checks may be carried out on-site at the Event) and non-transferable. Badges are also available on the Website in the Client's personal account.
Badge validity conditions
It is specified that, with the exception of mobile phones and tablets and the badge provided by the organizer, no other media (computer screens, etc.) are accepted. Badges must have good print quality.
The badges are equipped with a unique barcode allowing access to the event for one person only, for the duration of the badge's validity. Badge validity is checked at various locations and times during the event using barcode scanners.
It is forbidden to reproduce, duplicate, or counterfeit the badge in any way. Consequently, the Association may refuse entry when several reproductions or imitations of the same badge are in circulation and access to the event has already been granted to the holder of a corresponding badge.
The Association declines all responsibility for any anomalies that may occur during the ordering or processing of the Badge.
In case of loss, theft or unlawful use of the Badge, a duplicate will be issued to the Client after verification of the Client's identity, after reprinting by the organization.
Readers present at the event
Badge readers will be present at the entrances to certain events (conferences, workshops).
The data from the badge readers will be processed by the Association for logistical purposes (compliance with capacity limits, security), statistical purposes and for analyzing the attendance of events.
Cancellation, order modification, refund, usage
Any order placed online commits the Customer to full payment of the price.
In the event of partial or total order cancellation, the refund policy varies over time:
- Any cancellation before May 1, 2026 will result in a full refund.
- Cancellation between May 1st and June 1st: 50% refund.
- Cancellation between June 1st and 21st: 30% refund.
- No refunds after June 22, 2026.
The Client may, however, request to transfer their registration to another participant (meeting the registration criteria) up to 15 days before the event by contacting the organizing team: contact@reseau-entreprendre-40ans.org.
The Client is invited to carefully check the data entered on their profile before the Event for the issuance of Badges and the proper functioning of the activities offered (networking).
Upon announcement of the cancellation or a change of date or time of the Event for which the Client has registered, the Client agrees that the Association may use the contact details entered by the latter during the online order to inform them of the procedure to follow.
In the event of cancellation of the Event by the Association due to the occurrence of a case of force majeure, as defined by French case law, the Association will notify the Clients without delay.
In such a case, there will be no compensation due and the sums received by the Association will be returned to the Client.

Image rights
The Client expressly authorizes, free of charge, the Association and its service providers to produce, if they wish, photos and/or films representing them, as a visitor, during the Event, and to freely use these images on all media, including advertising (including the Internet), in France and abroad, for a period of five years from the validation of registration.
Clients who do not wish to be represented in photographs and/or films taken during the Event must notify the Association beforehand and not participate in voluntary photo shoots.
The Client wishing to take photographs of the Event must ensure that the necessary authorizations for the photographs taken within the framework of the Event and will be solely responsible for respecting the image rights enjoyed by each participant.
External links
The Site may provide access to partner sites of the Association via hyperlinks or by integrating content from partner sites into the Site.
The Association declines all responsibility regarding their content, legality and operation and cannot be held responsible for the use that may be made of them by users.
Intellectual property
All elements, texts, logos, images, sound elements, software and icons contained in or reproduced on the Site are protected by intellectual property law worldwide.
Consequently, it is prohibited to modify, represent or reproduce the Site and its content in whole or in part, regardless of the medium or process used.
Applicable law, disputes
Registration for the Event offered by the Association on the Website is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Company's registered office shall have sole jurisdiction.
