Privacy Policy


The Association ENTREPRENDRE® NETWORK NORTH pays particular attention to the protection of personal data.

This is an essential condition of the relationship of trust that the Association wishes to establish with all those who entrust it with their personal data.

This Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) sets out the practices and conditions under which ENTREPRENDRE® NETWORK NORTH (Hereinafter the “Association”) processes your Personal Data.

This Policy applies when your Data is collected on the website accessible at the address www.reseau-entreprendre-40ans.org (Hereinafter the "Site") published by RESEAU ENTREPRENDRE® NORD, as well as in the context of your relations, of whatever nature, with the Association.

1. What data is collected?


Depending on how you interact with the Association and the purpose of that interaction, the Association may collect the following Data:

- Data relating to your identity: this Data includes in particular your name, surname, email address, postal address or telephone number and your profile.
- Data relating to your order: this data refers to all the information necessary for the fulfillment and completion of your order, including information relating to the bank card used (cardholder's name, card number, expiry date, etc.), order details, order date, and communications with the organizing team. In any event, payment data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations and security standards.
- Data relating to the connection and use of the Customer Account when you are the account holder: this Data refers to all the information you need to access your personal space as well as information relating to the use of the Customer Account, including your username and password, your choices and preferences, and the history of events in which you have participated. In any event, the Customer Account is subject to specific terms and conditions of use.
- Navigation data: This data refers to how the User navigates the Site. This data may include the IP address, screen resolution, browser used, browsing time, search history, operating system used, language and pages viewed.
- Data relating to your participation in events: date of participation, workshops and conferences carried out, interactions with other participants.

2. How is your data collected?


The Association collects your Data directly from you when you fill out a contact or registration form, place an order or contact the Association (for example by sending an email).

When you provide Data to the Association, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is accurate and complete. Where necessary, you must update it.

The data marked as mandatory is necessary to process your request and to allow us to provide you with the requested services. Whether the data is mandatory or optional is indicated on the forms, along with any consequences of not providing it.


3. Why is your data being collected?


Your Data is subject to automated processing implemented by the Association for the various purposes described below in connection with your participation in the Event.

Your data is processed to manage your requests and to contact you.

If you are a participant, based on the execution of the general terms and conditions of registration and ticket sales, your Data is processed to manage your participation requests and orders and to organize your participation and visits to the Event.

With a view to continuously improving the events it organizes, your Data is also processed by the Association to send you post-event surveys and analyze their results.


4. Who are your data intended for?


Your Data is processed by the organization team. In addition, only authorized service providers and their limited staff are permitted to access your Data, and this is in view of the specific services entrusted to them and which they must perform exclusively on behalf of the Association in strict compliance with obligations, particularly regarding security and confidentiality.

When required by applicable regulations, the Association may transmit your Data to bodies and authorities legally authorized to access it (including judicial and administrative authorities).


5. How is your data protected?


The Association takes all necessary precautions to preserve the security and confidentiality of your Data in order, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, disclosed and accessed by unauthorized third parties.


6. What are your rights?


In accordance with applicable regulations and under the conditions they define, you may exercise your right at any time:

- Right of access: you can request from the Association information on the processing of your Data and a copy of said Data.
- Right of rectification: you can request the rectification of inaccurate data concerning you when those held by the Association are erroneous or incomplete.
- Right to erasure: you have the right to obtain from the Association the erasure of your Data when one of the grounds provided for by the regulations exists (unnecessary Data, withdrawal of your consent for processing based on the latter, etc.).
- Right to object: you have the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your Data.
- Right to data portability: you have the right to receive the data in a usable format.
- Right to restriction: you can ask the Association to suspend the processing of your Data when one of the grounds provided for by the regulations exists (contestation of the accuracy of the data, etc.).
Under the conditions defined by the regulations, you also have the right to define general or specific instructions regarding the fate of your Data after your death. However, you are informed that only specific instructions relating to the processing of Data implemented by the Association for the purposes defined in this Policy will be recorded by the Company, subject to your specific consent.
When your data is processed with your consent, you may revoke it at any time. However, you are informed that any processing carried out prior to this revocation will remain valid.

You are also informed that in some cases, the functionalities of the Sites allow you to view and modify the Data that you have provided to the Association.

7. How long do we keep your data?


7.1. The Association retains your Data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Beyond that period, your Data may be archived to comply with the legal obligations to which the Association is subject or deleted.

7.2. Data enabling proof of a right or contract, or retained for compliance with a legal obligation by the Association, are archived in accordance with the applicable provisions.

For the hosting and processing of your Data, the Association favours resources located within the territory of the European Union.
