Can I register and what is the price?
This private event is reserved for Entrepreneurs-Laureates currently being supported, Members, Collaborators and Partners, invited by the Réseau Entreprendre® associations.
We verify with the associations that each registered person meets this criterion and may cancel the registrations of individuals who do not belong to the Network. To be a member, you must be a current member of an association. Contact your local Réseau Entreprendre association to ensure the validity of your annual membership.

Member from a Réseau Entreprendre® association: €330 excluding VAT (€396 including VAT)
Accompanying member (limited to 2 per registered member): €330 excluding VAT (€396 including VAT)
Award-winning entrepreneurs currently receiving support from a Réseau Entreprendre® association: €250 excluding VAT (€300 including VAT)
Mentoring a winning entrepreneur (limited to 2 per registered winning entrepreneur): €250 excluding VAT (€300 including VAT)

Participation in the opening Plenary session and cocktail dinner on July 1st, 2026: €100 excluding VAT (€120 including VAT)
This ticket does not grant you access to the program on July 2nd and 3rd, 2026. It is not cumulative as the opening night is included in the price of the other tickets.
📅 The official opening of registration will take place in January 2026.A pre-registration page will be available from November 2025 to receive information in advance.
As places are limited, we will close registration as soon as the maximum capacity is reached. We therefore suggest you register as soon as possible.
Registration will close no later than June 15, 2026 (subject to availability).
What is the day-by-day schedule?
Wednesday, July 1, 2026 – 4:30 PM-12:00 AM / Lille Grand Palais : welcoming participants, opening plenary session and networking cocktail.
Thursday, July 2, 2026 – 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. / The Public Condition: forum day, conferences and workshops. 7:30 PM - 2:00 AM / Hot Broth : festive evening.
Friday, July 3, 2026 – 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. / Lille metropolitan area : explorations (cultural or entrepreneurial visits).

What is included in the ticket price?
Registration includes • Access to the opening plenary session and the evening event on July 1st

Exception: opening night ticket
This ticket grants exclusive access to the opening plenary session and the evening event on July 1, 2026, and does not This does not allow access to the program on July 2nd and 3rd, 2026. It is reserved for ecosystem members wishing to participate in the opening of this event.
Where to stay?
Your accommodation is not included in the registration.
A partnership with GV MICE allows you to easily book your hotel from a selection near Lille Grand Palais and train stations. Bookings are possible from November 2025 at negotiated ratesWe recommend booking your accommodation in advance, as availability is no longer guaranteed 60 days before the event. All rates include the room, breakfast, and tourist tax.
Your reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before arrival.
Cancellation fees will be progressive until D-31 (cancellation deadline).

How do I get around?
Your transport is not included in the registration fee.
The only exception : Free shuttle buses will run between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM From the location of the party, service will be provided to the following areas: Lille, Lesquin, Villeneuve d’Ascq, Lezennes, Mons-en-Barœul, La Madeleine, Marcq-en-Barœul and Marquette-Lez-Lille. Roubaix, Tourcoing, Englos, Wambrechies and Lomme will not be served.
We draw your attention to the heavy traffic on the roads of the Lille metropolitan area, especially between 8:00 and 9:00 and between 17:00 and 19:00 and we encourage you to prioritize soft mobility and plan your journeys in advance.

The event venues are accessible by metro (Eurotéléport and Marbrerie stations). Mini-shuttles will be available on request for people with reduced mobility.
A fixed-price, pre-bookable transport service is available up to one week before the event. Various vehicle sizes and packages for airport transfers to Lille are offered. Contact our partner BYJOWAY.
What is the cancellation policy?
Any cancellation before May 1, 2026 will result in a full refund..
Cancellation between the May 1st and June 1st: 50% refundCancellation between the June 1st and 21st: 30% refund.
No refunds after June 22, 2026.
However, you can transfer your ticket to another participant up to 15 days before the event by contacting the organizing team.

What should I plan to bring?
We recommend that you come with your mobile phone charged (and a charger or external battery), and possibly something to take notes with depending on your habits (we are reducing unnecessary promotional items and printed materials).
