General terms and conditions of use of the website
These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "GTC") govern the terms and conditions of use of the website accessible at www.reseau-entreprendre-40ans.org (hereinafter the "Website") published by RESEAU ENTREPRENDRE® NORD (hereinafter the "Association"). Any person browsing the Website is a User.
Article 1: Acceptance and modification of the Terms and Conditions
Use of the Site is subject to these Terms of Use. By using the Site, all Users acknowledge and accept these Terms of Use without reservation.
The Association may modify the Terms of Use at any time to reflect changes to the Site and applicable regulations. The new version of the Terms of Use will be made available on the Site.
Users are encouraged to consult them regularly.
Article 2: Intellectual Property
2.1. The Site and each of its constituent elements, including but not limited to texts, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, layouts, media, icons, and more generally, all visual or sound elements (hereinafter the "Intellectual Property Elements"), are protected by intellectual property rights held by the Association or for which one or more third parties have assigned the right of use to the Association.
Some of the Intellectual Property Elements may also be the property of third parties who have granted a right of use to the Association.
Except as permitted by law, any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution, adaptation, translation, and/or total or partial transformation, integration into other elements or transfer to another website of all or part of the Intellectual Property Elements without the prior, express and written authorization of the Association or the relevant third parties holding the intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
2.2. Where applicable, any reproduction that has been previously and expressly authorized must include the following statement:
"This document comes from the official website of the 40th anniversary event of RÉSEAU ENTREPRENDRE®: www.reseau-entreprendre-40ans.org. Reproduction rights are reserved and strictly limited." The section consulted and the date of consultation must also be included in the reference.
2.3. Any violation of these provisions constitutes an infringement within the meaning of the Intellectual Property Code and subjects the offender to the criminal and civil penalties provided for by French law.
2.4. Any introduction of data onto the Site, by any means whatsoever, which would modify or could potentially modify the content or appearance of the data, the presentation or organization of the Site or the works appearing on the Site is strictly prohibited.

3.1. No hyperlinks may be inserted on the Site for any reason whatsoever. Links to websites disseminating information that is illegal, violent, controversial, pornographic, xenophobic, and/or infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party, and/or damages the image and/or reputation of the Association are prohibited.
3.2. Any hyperlink pointing to this Site is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Association. The Association may at any time withdraw this authorization and remove the link if it does not comply with applicable legislation or if the link is not in accordance with these Terms of Use and other policies of the Association.
3.3. The Site may contain hyperlinks redirecting the User to third-party websites that are not published by the Association. The Association has no control over these sites and cannot under any circumstances be held liable for the content published on third-party sites or for any damage or loss arising from browsing these sites.
Article 4: Protection of personal data and cookies
4.1. The User is invited to consult the personal data protection policy.
Article 5: Commitments
5.1. User Commitments 5.1.1. The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Use.
5.1.2. The User acknowledges having the necessary skills and resources to access and use the Site, and acknowledges having verified that the computer configuration used does not contain any viruses and is in perfect working order.
The User acknowledges taking all necessary measures to protect their computer system against any contamination by potential viruses and against any attempted intrusion by third parties.
5.1.3. The User is responsible for any loss or damage, tangible or intangible, resulting from the use of the Site.
5.1.4. The User uses the information available on the Site under their sole responsibility. They must, where applicable, carry out the necessary checks.
5.1.5. The User agrees not to infringe upon the rights of third parties or damage the image of the Association. In this respect, the User agrees not to share any content or hyperlink containing, but not limited to:
- pornographic, pedophilic, violent, obscene content or content that is likely to seriously infringe upon human dignity;
- content that infringes the property rights of third parties and/or RÉSEAU ENTREPRENDRE® NORD;
- Content that could be classified as, or constitute incitement to: the commission of crimes or offenses, discrimination, hatred or violence, particularly on the grounds of race, ethnicity or nationality, the glorification of Nazism, the denial of the existence of crimes against humanity, contempt of court, defamation, slander, denigration, invasion of privacy, or acts endangering minors; content intended to display prohibited objects or works; defamatory, vulgar, abusive, violent, or illegal messages; messages about tobacco and alcohol; content containing personal contact information and details allowing precise geographic location (telephone number, address, etc.); messages inciting the use of prohibited substances or suicide; messages enabling third parties to directly or indirectly obtain pirated software, software serial numbers, or software enabling hacking and intrusion into computer systems and telecommunications, viruses and other logic bombs and in general any tool or software, messages allowing infringement of the rights of others and the safety of persons and property in violation of the privacy of correspondence, this list not being exhaustive;
- a negative or discriminatory connotation (for example, a pseudonym: anti-“X”), a political, religious, fascist, xenophobic, racist, sectarian or similar character, insults, threats, or advertisements.
5.1.6. The User agrees to respect the integrity of the Site. The User is prohibited from hindering or disrupting the operation of the Site, from fraudulently modifying, altering or deleting content accessible via the Site, and from fraudulently introducing data onto the Site.
5.2. Association's Commitment
5.2.1. The Association makes its best efforts to ensure the Site is accessible. The unavailability of the Site, for whatever reason, does not entitle the User to compensation.
5.2.2. The Association shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure, network and/or server malfunctions, or outages and maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the site, or any other event beyond its control. The Association cannot be held liable for any material or immaterial damage resulting in any way from connecting to the Site.
5.2.3. The Site's content may contain errors or inaccuracies despite the Association's vigilance. The Association undertakes to correct them as quickly as possible, but the Site User must carry out all necessary checks and is solely responsible for their use of the information available.

Any aspect of the Site may be modified, supplemented, deleted or updated at any time by the Association.
