- Biographie
- Tanguy joined the Corporate Law & Mergers & Acquisitions department of the law firm Bignon Lebray as an associate in 2012 before being appointed partner in January 2021. Tanguy advises companies on all their fundraising, financing and restructuring transactions, sales and acquisitions, and on the drafting and negotiation of shareholder agreements. He also advises companies on the implementation of management packages for executives and employees (free share grants, BSPCE, preferred shares, etc.). Tanguy regularly advises startups, particularly in the biotech and medtech sectors.
