- Alexis Loudière, founder of Özakt, supports leaders and companies in their strategic, human, and environmental transformations. After creating and developing Riversen, an engineering group with nearly 200 employees (sold in 2021), he returned to Lille with the desire to build a company more aligned with his convictions. Through Özakt, he helps organizations rediscover meaning, inspiration, and the power to act in the face of contemporary challenges. Convinced that vulnerability can become a breeding ground for creativity, engagement, and transformation, he champions a more human and sustainable vision of business.
