- Sandie oversees HLU's strategic and operational development. Trained in business management, she has worked in sectors such as construction, security, and pharmaceuticals, and then managed an operational unit in the ICT (testing, inspection, and certification) market for the automotive sector. After a 20-year career, she is now training in the challenges of business transition. At HLU, her goal is to help leaders put some of their personal qualities into practice (intuition, empathy, courage) and develop their technical and interpersonal skills (foresight, crisis management, sound judgment, etc.).
