Biographie: Jean-Pierre Viboud is an independent director, an expert in strategy and governance, and President of the Independent Professional Directors Association (APIA) for the Hauts-de-France region. With a 15-year career as CEO of Oney Bank, he led significant international growth and the development of innovative payment solutions. A graduate in accounting and from Paris Dauphine University, he now advises executives in a variety of organizations, ranging from mutuals to innovative startups, and including networks such as Réseau Entreprendre Nord. Also co-director of the "Corporate Director" university diploma program, he leverages his experience as a board member of major corporations to support the development of businesses of all sizes.
