- After a career in media, Cécile André-Devilder made a career change to Human Resources, driven by a conviction: the HR market wasn't meeting the real needs of SMEs. Too many one-off assignments, too many hourly rates, and too little continuity. In 2021, she founded La Recrue—the first outsourced HR service in France offering unlimited subscriptions. Recruitment, team development, legal and disciplinary matters, employer branding: everything included, with no time limit. The innovation lies in the business model as much as in the service itself. The ambition: to be a lasting and valuable resource for business leaders who want a comprehensive HR function without recruiting internally.
