- Vincent Avanzi is Chief Poetic Officer, a poet and speaker, a speechwriter for executives, a leadership coach, and the founder of La Plume Du Futur (The Pen of the Future). A former manager at Microsoft, globetrotter, and journalist at Les Echos, he is the author of 10 books, including "Trouver son Point Génial" (Finding Your Genius Point, published by Hachette), and has been giving talks around the world for over 10 years on leadership, storytelling, and foresight. His conviction: poetry is a fantastic tool for unleashing talent, engaging teams, and inspiring the future. His mission: to re-enchant organizations, bringing a touch of soul and creating desire, meaning, and ambition.
